St. Baldrick’s Colorado Springs Community Event Recap

We were honored to sponsor, organize, and staff the 14th Annual Colorado Springs Community St. Baldrick’s Event March 7, 2015 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.!

The event space was donated by the Ivywild School and supported in-kind by Floyd’s Barbershop, The Colorado Springs Independent, and Linz Family Photography.

Over 200 people attended the free event to support the 163 participants who joined St. Baldrick’s fun. Together, we danced, played, painted, and worked to conquer childhood cancers as volunteer “shavees” to raise funds and shed their locks! Professional barbers were on hand from a variety of barbershops, including  This 14th-annual volunteer-organized fundraiser benefited St. Baldrick’s, and featured professional face painters, henna painters, a photo booth, and the live music of Steve Weeks.
